Changing front page of Samoa

I was wondering, if we ( bull) can change the front page from
White Elephant meeting to a current
Samoa opening side???

I'm new here but can anyone tell me who determines when eventually is?
Webster: even tu al ly ~ unspecified later time
Thesaurus: at a later time (stop your whining about how long it's taking us, we'll get there eventually)
I'm a bit embarrassed as I've directed a few friends (and possible new SAMOANS) to the web page and they return to me with questions on where can they find more current information. It's mid March and we're still seeing Jan information (oh, sorry, Peter, you already asked this question)
