Brother is looking for a car to tinker with

My brother is in the process of looking for a car to tinker with. He is very experienced in British and Italian cars so is looking to find an older TR (2,3), MG, Morris, Austin (Bugeye), Fiat, Alfa etc. Something that is mostly complete and original but needs work e.g., starts, stops and drives without a lot of rust and dents.
