I've reduced my photo to 100x67, 7kb, in photobucket. There are 4 options there as to code for the photo. How do I get it to this site as my profile picture?
Don
save the photo to your desktop or whatever folder you use.
Then go to
My Profile > Edit Profile Pic (the nav on the left side of "My Profile")
From there you can upload a pic to your profile.
If you want one for your avatar..the image that shows up under your name when posting you will want to go to my profile > edit avatar and upload a pic.
Hope this helps

I don't see a place to edit yer avatar. I edited my profile photo, but that isn't the same thing. Rodney?
Dan
Click on my profile link upper left hand corner. Look down straight down below the "my profile" link once on your Profile Page.
I put a red box around it so you can see it.
Profile pic is different than your avatar, but you upload them exactly the same way

The "Edit Avatar" line is missing on my list. I have the other five, though.

OK, Don. Go to the "Edit Avatar" page (per Rodney's instructions) and browse your way to your avatar photo on your hard drive. Opening the photo downloads it into your avi spot.
Dan
It was my fault. Some reason it was turned off..
Now where is your mini'esque avatar?

Hmm, my avitar is there but not the signature picture that I set. However, there IS a line above my signature for some reason.

No signature picture option. Keeps the pages clutter and weight free :)

Last night when I was doing the same thing the "Edit Avatar" was missing as an option for me as well. It did show up later, maybe after logging off and the back on again,
