Work/storage space needed in Seattle

I'm looking for a work/storage space for 3 of my cars. Looking for any arrangement from single lessee to joining a group of folks with similar needs. The ideal facility would be secure, dry, with bathroom access, within Seattle, electric power, running water available and of course, a beer fridge.
