I recently finished up work on the Mini Burger Mini installing a new gearbox. The old one had a differential pin that slipped and took out the differential housing in a big way.
The gearbox case may be OK, but unlikely. What remains can be had for $75. Missing the two final drive gears (used in the new box) and the speedometer drive gears (ditto). Rod change, A+ complete gear set, lay gear, some differential parts, output shafts, etc.
