Good deal on cones?

I have read that the newer rubber cones were soft and not as good as the older ones but I have never seen how to tell the difference or what to or not to get such as brand or model of cone. I am considering a set of these

looks like the best price I have seen but not sure if these are the ones that were soft. If you have any advice either way please let me know.

Those are not the soft cones. I suspect that they are much more like the original cones. The price is really good as well. Only slightly more than the current cost in the UK.

Try Mini Spares in the UK. The price is lower and it probably won't cost much more in shipping. In the end, I would guess, you'll pay the same as the Mini Mania Special price. Add a few lightweight items and it should be a pretty good deal.

too bad about those cones. that wasn't a bad price. did they give you any idea if they were going to get more than one in?

My impression is that Mini Mania is doing a one time clearance of stock they acquired when they purchased Mini Motors in Santa Rosa.
