Joining SAMOA?

Hi there,
I sent my application and $ to join SAMOA, but it was returned for a bad address. What is the correct address (I think the .pdf is incorrect perhaps?)?

The app I downloaded in October has this:
SAMOA Membership

The note from USPS said "Return to sender. Attempted--not known. Unable to forward."

I'll try the one you gave if that's the right one. I'd join at the White Elephant, but my wife is in Maui for business, and wouldn't you know it? I have to join her as the good husband of an exec...
