February 2010 meeting

Saturday, February 20, 10am. It's another of those "meeting-events" and should be a real crowd pleaser. We'll meet again at Group 2 for a monthly meeting but even better a tour of the facilities and the neighborhood car collections. Details to follow as the event-meeting draws near.

It looks like the meeting will need to be held at Group 2 this year so you might want to bring a folding chair if you want a place to sit.

And, as in years past, lunch will be served by Group 2.

thank goodness it's in the morning. state swim meet in the early evening, and since i am the coach i have to go. as of right now though, i'll be there. if i don't hear that anyone really wants regalia, i may leave it behind since i have to go to the meet afterwards. anyone? anyone?

lol! sure thing. there's one tan on brown, and 4 (i think) green/white on blue. i'll have to get some ideas together (big hint everyone!!) and make some new hats.

A reminder: Bring a chair if you want something to sit on for the meeting. Group 2 will be catering lunch which will follow the meeting and auto collection tours.

Good Snaps Dan, I took a few too, but not as good as your quality. I did however take a couple of my Mini needing some repair in Ballard after a couple of IPA's with Don and Peter. Turns out the camber adjust arm came loose at the sub frame,...I missed a lock washer on the wobbly bolt when reassembling last time I had the suspension apart. Fortunately I carry some spare nuts and bolts!

Didn't waste a frame on the gold car. We were told that thing was bodied by Drogo, which surprised me, because I always thought Drogo turned out some nice cars. I guess the Ferrari was built to some nightclub owner's spec.
